Representante de Servicio al Cliente Bilingüe (Español/Inglés)

Job Introduction

Ofrecer un servicio personalizado a clientes globales (Agentes, Proveedores y Asegurados); asumir un enfoque proactivo que garantice una experiencia de servicio excepcional. Ser el enlace entre el cliente y la aseguradora (incluyendo departamentos internos), dando seguimiento oportuno a las solicitudes e inquietudes, respetando los parámetros establecidos de calidad, procesos y productividad, que garantizan una atención de excelencia a nuestros asegurados, agentes y proveedores.

Brindar resolución a preguntas, solicitudes y quejas de diversa naturaleza, y por distintos canales, siempre con el objetivo de hacerlo la primera vez y aplicando los beneficios de la póliza, procesos y políticas internas. Cuando la resolución durante el primer contacto no sea posible, deberá dar seguimiento y coordinación con otras áreas hasta asegurar la resolución.

Role Responsibility

  • Ofrecer experiencia de cliente excepcional.
  • Recibir, responder y resolver solicitudes de servicio, recibidas por distintos tipos de clientes y canales.
  • Mantener una excelente comunicación con todos los departamentos y entidades internas para el proceso de administración y manejo de póliza, pagos y siniestros.
  • Asistir en la obtención de información necesaria para completar procesos operativos.
  • Atención a los clientes de venta directa, que no tienen agente externo y necesitan soporte operativo y de servicio personalizado.
  • Ser un canal de comunicación entre el cliente y otros departamentos y funciones que afecten la experiencia de servicio al cliente.
  • Dar soporte a las áreas operativas cuando sea necesario.
  • Cualquier proyecto adicional que sea requerido.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Nivel de Inglés avanzado (Bilingüe)
  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en sector asegurador; área de servicio al cliente.
  • Estudiante Universitario
  • Paquetería Office Intermedio.

If you are invited to an interview, a member of the resourcing team will be able to advise you on what to expect. This will vary in region, but will likely include an initial phone or digital interview, followed by one or more of the following depending on the role: Core capability interview; Technical/function specific interview; Online profiling assessment; Presentation, written task, role play; Assessment centre.
