Procesador de Reclamos

Job Introduction

Revisa, evalúa y procesa las reclamaciones domésticas e Internacionales para fines de pago de acuerdo a los términos y condiciones de la póliza, dentro de los plazos de tiempo establecidos y objetivos de la compañía.  Se asegura que los montos correctos sean pagados, rechazados y/o acumulados para cada reclamación.

Role Responsibility

  • Revisa las asignaciones, el volumen y la fecha de recibido de las reclamaciones, asegurándose que todas las reclamaciones pendientes están dentro de los objetivos de procesamiento aceptables.
  • Procesa correctamente todos los tipos de reclamaciones de seguros de salud incluyendo, pero no limitado a los pagos directos y reembolsos.
  • Vela por el cumplimiento de los objetivos de productividad, calidad y TAT establecidos por la compañía en el procesamiento de reclamos.
  • Toma en cuenta el no generar pagos duplicados, incorrectos o tomar decisiones que impacten financieramente a la compañía o al asegurado.

If you are invited to an interview, a member of the resourcing team will be able to advise you on what to expect. This will vary in region, but will likely include an initial phone or digital interview, followed by one or more of the following depending on the role: Core capability interview; Technical/function specific interview; Online profiling assessment; Presentation, written task, role play; Assessment centre.
