Job Introduction

​Soportar, monitorear, atender y cumplir con los niveles de servicio de IT, relacionadas con equipos de cómputo y sistemas de infraestructura local y regional, brindando asesoría y soporte técnico oportuno a las áreas de negocio y staff de la compañía mediante el cumplimiento de planes de mantenimiento preventivo de equipos locales

Role Responsibility

  • Atender y solucionar oportunamente los reportes de los diferentes países de la región, de manera remota, y los asignados de manera local de equipos (telefonía, impresión y cómputo) y acceso a aplicaciones.
  • Monitorear continuamente la conectividad y disponibilidad de los equipos de comunicaciones locales y acceso y funcionamiento de los sistemas locales y regionales.
  • Analizar los resultados de los  indicadores y encuestas de satisfacción de los servicios de usuarios de sus oficinas para cumplir con los SLA´ s  definidos.
  • Solicitar y asegurar con el proveedor la disponibilidad de los servicios de telefonía móvil, monitoreando el correcto funcionamiento del sistema, las redes y equipos móviles.
  • Elaborar los controles (reportes) de consumo de telefonía e impresión para soporte al pago de los servicios.
  • Notificar fallas en el equipo de impresión al proveedor y dar seguimiento a los reportes correspondientes para su mantenimiento.
  • Mantener el control  de inventario de equipos, nodos de comunicaciones y licencias en las oficinas de Bupa que le corresponda administrar. 
  • Administrar y dar seguimiento de las actividades de recursos externos de soporte, en caso de que se cuente con ellos
  • Informar y asesorar a los usuarios sobre sus passwords, políticas de uso, bloqueos y cualquier inconveniente técnico que se derive de la utilización de los mismos.
  • Generar el informe mensual de los incidentes reportados más relevantes (por su impacto en la operación del negocio) y su seguimiento, para presentarlo en la reunión de BGLA HelpDesk.
  • Realizar la depuración de equipos que por sus características se consideran obsoletos.
  • Realizar la instalación del equipo de cómputo correspondiente cuando así se requiera por reubicación física de usuarios, ingreso de personal nuevo o reemplazo por descomposturas o mantenimiento.
  • Proteger la información generada por todos los usuarios de la empresa mediante el respaldo oportuno en la red de Bupa de la misma; así como monitorear permanentemente los servidores locales para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
  • Contactar proveedores y cotizar servicios o equipos que se requieran de manera local, adicionales a los que el proceso de compra considere regionalmente.
  • Ser el primer punto de contacto para requerimientos de cambio a aplicaciones.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Lic., Ingeniería o tecnología en Computación, Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o Informática.
  • Conocimiento de servicio de ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)

  • Knowledge of Windows 2010

  • Nivel de Inglés: Alto. Bilingüismo es requerido
